I try and keep my adopts at a low price, because I know how it feels to see a design you just LOVE but not be able to afford its price tag :<

I do ask for everyone who either buys a design from me directly or buys a design of mine off of someone else to follow a set of rules, otherwise you will be blacklisted from working with me directly and probably blocked

These are the TOS for my pre-made adoptable designs

Payment policy

Payment is accepted up frontPayment plans are only accepted for designs over $75usdIf paying with Goods and Services, enough must be provided to cover the full cost of the design even with fees taken out by PayPal

Crediting

My watermark may not be removed or otherwise tampered withWhen posting the original artwork credit me with my username and platform (ex: Pawblez on ToyHou.se)Credit me for the creation of the design when posting artwork of the character even if it wasn't drawn by me (optional but highly appreciated)When purchasing an adopt via ToyHou.se do not remove my TOS link from the adopts page

Who may own

Those on my blacklist may not buy designs from meThose on my blacklist cannot be sold my designs (If you do I will blacklist you as well)

Major changes may only be requested during the sketch stageMinor changes may be requested during the linework stageColor changes may be requested anytime before completion and 24 hours after the final product is delivered

Forfeit designs

Cancelled customs can be sold as adoptablesCustoms abandoned for over 3 months are forfeited and can be sold as adoptables
